I enjoy my time when I frequent this location the staff are always nice and courteous even when they're training employees or being trained they work really and they try their hardest to get everyone done in a timely fashion they're always helping me out!!
They Provide a lot of helpful services. Free money orders, bill payment, prepaid debit cards. All greath things. The only complaint I have about this place is how it seems like EVERY EMPLOYEE (with the exception of the store manager she's always very polite.) hates their job and their life. I do understand a little bit because they deal with a lot of rude people. That can take a toll on your throughout the day. But I called today and "Vicky" answered. I told her I had a quick question and when I asked her she just replied. "Nope." In the absolute most monotone voice. Like I seriously don't get it. If you hate your job that much that you can't even pretend to be in a good mood, then you need to find another job because customer service is not for you. Great company, bad location.
Very rude and told me they take money off debit cards fot there and told me they dont do it. Waste of time. You need new employees
I go here to cash my checks every week and their is one employee that always sticks out his name is Rondal he always has an awesome attitude is very helpful and good at his job! Gives a little bit of life to the place
