My initial visit to the office on East Washington was Awesome. I chatted with Debra while she was processing my application and found her to be a wonderful person...5 star customer service for sure. Since that first interaction, I have dealt with a representative by the name of Jasmine, who in turn was just as delightful and helpful to me. 5 stars to her as well!!!! Treated me like a criminal. Regular check from a place that a worked at and the lady asked what kind it was and treated it like it was counterfeit money even though it says they accept ALL CHECKS. Check was less than $100, was told if I didn't give at least 3 numbers for recommendation I wouldn't receive service then proceeded to call multiple restaurants from the franchise to verify my check when all identification was given. Pretty embarrassing. Ended up taking back my check and identification in the middle of her talking to an employee at ANOTHER restaurant and went to the check cashing place right across the street and was able to cash it within a few minutes. Never again..
