Very personable from the time we entered from the time we left. We were anxious to see what service we would get and wasn’t disappointed. Genuine conversation made time fly and a easy process. I would recommend coming to this location!
I don't know who is responsible for maintaining proper online details for this location, but they are woefully negligent in their responsibility. As stated online, this location maintains operating hours on Saturdays until 2pm. However, after taking an ultimately futile trip, I found it closed and the hours physically posted on the door listed it "closed" on Saturdays. Calling the provided number is useless as well, as calls don't go through to the location directly, but rather routed through an inefficient and pointless answering service. The two operators I spoke with were virtually unintelligible, as English is obviously not their first language. Undoubtedly having off-site "service" representatives adds an extra cost to Check 'n Go's services that the consumer has to cover in exorbitant fees for their services. Inaccurate information and unhelpful phone operators mark Check 'n Go as an inconvenient and unappreciated waste of time.
