This was my first time going to a pawn shop for anything, and it was a really interesting experience. I am glad that I chose this one to go to. Why did I go? I had a really cool robot camera that I purchased a few years back and never used, mostly because I just didn't take the time. This week I have been on a mission to get rid of things others can enjoy that I do not use so I can give a bit extra for my church's tithing weekend, so...here we are. The sale: It's understandable how reselling electronics is never going to net you what you paid for it. I went into the shop with a hopeful soft number in my head and after they checked it out, they offered me a price. It was more than what I'd felt I "might" get. So, I feel fortunate that with a realistic understanding and expectations, I was able to get a fair deal. ADDITIONALLY--and equally important--the staff was incredible nice. The gentleman who primarily helped me was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. So, while I may not have a lot of needs for a pawn shop in the future, if I do need one, this is the one. No need to look further.
The guys are very helpful and have great customer service, (not to mention they always look their best, not that it matters....) If your in need for quick cash, I totally recommend National Pawn. Extremely low interest with just a $5 interest fee on top of the loan if you pay back in the same week. They have a very organized shop with lots of good finds that won't break your bank. Definitely worth checking out!
Went in just to look around and while I was there had nothing but great communication and service was very nice I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend stopping by even if not sure what you are looking for might just be surprised with what you find at great prices and very pleasing service.
Very rude on the phone when i called to ask about an item for sale. I was told he was to busy doing paperwork to help me that i should come in and shop. I came in at 6:50pm to purchase an item and was told at the door they are closing in 2 minutes that i can’t purchase anything to come back. Very rude and very poor customer service! They lost a big sale because of this. I do not recommend this pawn shop to anyone.
