Alex was the change this place needed, and works so hard to provide the chance you need letting you know what can be worked with updating people every step of the way going out of his way to help families like his own. Though was set well, only became trouble due to what others passed off on me. This guy is awesome, beware the fees of the one's feeding on them there. Want a good bank, in your face here it is.

I don't like to give bad reviews. As a business owner, I know how much they can hurt! But in all my life I have never been treated so badly by a bank. I travel often and no matter how many times we call and give them a heads up. They still shut your card off right away. Leaving you stranded and broke in other countries. We planned a huge trip to Venice and a cruise around Greeze. I called twice to tell them a long list of countries that we were going to. so we would have money when we needed it and our cards would work. My wife called once did the same. Day one we land in Germany for our connection (the first listed country) we wanted to eat some good food before getting on a plane but they shut off all our cards. Took me hours of calling and the whole second day of our trip to get our card working. Since I had to deal with the time difference and they don't have 24 hour card support. Great way to start our trip. I get a monthly check that comes from the VA. It's a check from the treasury Department of the United States government. They held it the first time. I called made a huge deal about it. They agreed we don't need to hold government checks apologized and then assured me it would never happen again. I had to call and argue every month till I set up direct deposit. Then when their direct deposit system sent hundreds of my dollars to PayPal for no reason. They said they had no way to fix it or stop it and I should get a new account. I did only to learn. They didn't pay back any of the late fees that they caused me. Let's talk about late fees. Any time I make a small mistake it cost me 35 bucks. But every mistake they made I billed them the same fee. 35 bucks. But they only think my mistakes are punishable. They closed down the downtown branch and moved way out of the way. Their bank cards last a month before you need a new one. Don't use this bank. Don't do it... the reviews are all true.

Deanna Muchowicz was great to work with, other than that I don’t have many positive things to say. There’s a better chance of it hitting 80 degrees in February than getting a loan through Sarah V. She wouldn’t respond to any phone calls or emails over almost a month period. The banking app was terrible. I had plenty in my account and then all of a sudden I was in the negative. Surprise suprise the first person to call me immediately about it was Sarah V. But she couldn’t get back to me after countless attempts to get ahold her.

GREAT bank full of great people. They dont view you by your credit score and i have always felt that they were more like friends than bankers. I recomend them to everyone.
