I recently obtained a auto loan with Ed Miller. He made a mistake processing my loan. The payment was supposed to be withdrawn from my account every month. I received a letter stating my payment wasn't made! So now I have to make two payments in three days because of his mistakes! My credit standing could have been affected because of him. To be treated like there's nothing they can do is disappointing
I've had an account here since 1993. I have recently just went to a new bank for the following reasons: 1. They take too long to process any transaction 2. Your deposits are not available at midnight, but rather after they've had their morning coffee 3. They hold pending transactions too long, as a way of trying to access fee on your account The positive: they have a very straight forward overdraft policy, there is no grace period, but no daily fee either. you're charged the overdraft fee, they pay up to 500 and that's that, real black and white, none of that "at our discression BS" or "everyday purchase" non-sense.
Enterprise has very Low interest rates for Loans & completely free Savings and Checking accounts. The staff is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, you can depend on.
