This place is horrible... customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
You would be better off taking a title loan out on your vehicle or do whatever u can honestly doing something as bizarre as robbing a bank (sarcastically speaking that is)would be better than taking a loan or anything from this place they do not care about customers and they are ruthless people even if you are trying to resolve unpaid issues they would rather take you to court to garnish your paychecks and be as hateful as possible then work with you to get it paid off I have tried numerous times to work with them to get my loan taken care of instead heather lady and some other lady were so rude and pretty much told me go to hell because they are going after my fiance in court again now and they have already garnished tons from him $600 every 2 weeks and have gotten over $2000 and my loan was for like $1200 and now they are trying to garnish almost $1300 more claiming we still owe that much plus they are gonna add the court fees once they sue again. I just want this loan taken care of and the people that work here to fall over and die so all of this place would be out of my life for good and so nobody else would have to be treated like dirt by these employees. They do everything they can to make it impossible for you to pay off but they want to garnish paychecks u would think money is money but not to these scam artists they would rather give u the money then take you to court no matter how long you have been trying to take care of it. And the women that work here I dont even know if i should consider them women they are just straight up mean and nasty and it's not just a specific location it's all of them because place we took loan from is no longer open but the girls that worked there were just as hateful and nasty.
You're better off getting a loan anywhere else. These are the rudest unprofessional people Ive met in my entire life. If you get in a hole and can't pay it will most likely lead to a garnishment and these people will become insatiable leeches to fight you for every dime that you can't afford. They will threaten you and take no pity regardless of your situation.
I use to like that place but they have these snarky c**** that work in that office that I wouldn't wish anyone to go to.
I would not recommend Heights Finance to anyone. Late last year I finance furniture through them and not too long after my spouse became unemployed. I fell behind on everything because it's a tad bit difficult to support two people on my income. They sued me and won which resulted in them garnishing almost $100 a week, which I can't afford so now I'm unable to pay my rent at all. Thanks!!!!
