Never had any issues here. As in all bb&t branches they treated me as I would want to be treated. Seems people only share if they had a negative experience.
If you're looking for speedy drive thru this is not the place. 30 minutes is a bit much for a drive thru bank service.
Horrible staff, I went in the lobby and they tried to kick me out when it wasn’t 4pm yet, I was meeting someone to cash a verified cashier’s check as they were buying a car from me. I am 9 months pregnant and had my three year old with me, I asked to use their bathroom to which the very snotty and rude clerk simply said NO. No sympathy, no sorry or explanation. Just a blatant rude, NO. She told the buyers who were African American that she suspected fraud. It was insanely rude and racist, she suggested we ‘Go to walmart’ excuse me? I bank here, I make damn good money that flows through this bank and making them money in turn. I’m appalled at the customer service here. The women are rude. Snotty. Slow. And seriously, you are a bank teller, making maybe $12/hour so please stop walking around with your nose in the air, it’s quite pathetic. My husband and I will never come back to this branch. I’ve also called the corporate office and filed a complaint. BOYCOTT THIS BRANCH
Worst Bank area in the History of Bank Areas! If i could give -10 stars i would!! They take forever to get to you even when there is nobody in there...everyone seems to be lagging and dragging their feet. Terrible.
Slowest bbt in the world I can’t stand when I have to stop at this location when I’m on this end of town I swear it would be faster to drive to the other side of town and back before they wait on you at this one
