One Main Financial in my area needs to work on their customer skills. I understand that everybody has their days, but you don't have to be rude to your customers. I was called a liar that everything I said was a lie. Whenever I called or was called about an account.I would give a day and time to when I would be in. And it was and sometime wasn't written down. Then they would twist what i am saying or asking like I didn't know what I was saying. Make it like I was confusing them.
