Not the best way to start my banking experience with them. I had a payroll check and cashed it and basically the money I worked for I can’t even use it until next week. By then I’ll be paid again so I don’t know about this I should’ve stayed with Ascend.
I have never been treated so badly in my entire life! I went into make a deposit the teller gave me the nastiest look didn’t even look up my account and told me I couldn’t deposit the check it was my husbands. I have done this before but she judged me based on what I look like. I have been with US Bank for almost 20 years it was ok up until this point. I called corporate and they lied they can deposit checks I was just too dark for her! (Hint: I’m very light skin) All these bad reviews you would think someone would go on and see how these three people make US Bank as a whole look bad in this area.

i like US Bank....but one lady employee here in this bank is such a sick lady....they dnt treat customers the way bank employees treat.....i salute to regions employee here in this town....they are awsm with a customers.....the guy were there in Us bank very nice and explained me abt the bank policy that US bank is no more accepting cash deposit more than 500$ by third party unless the account holder deposit it....but that lady tried to b a over smart on me .....i said calm down mam dnt made me aggravated.....she was totally unprofessional.....i dnt knw man hw banks give a job to these kind of peoples those not have a single skills to get a job...unprofessional&lazy like these should stay home with ebt’s . recommend Regions,Pinnacle&Heritage bank in shelbyville TN.
My boyfriend went into the bank on a Friday to make a cash deposit for me, they wouldn't allow him to deposit into my account said he had to go outside to the ATM to do so since I wasn't there, which he did. This was all before 10am, I got off work at 6pm to discover the bank put a hold on my deposit, and I couldn't and still can't ( this is Monday) use my card or access my money. This is ridiculous, wish I would've chose another bank! Not a great way to start off my banking experience with US Bank! Horrible, oh not to mention this all happened on my daughter's birthday weekend, so I had to explain to her why we couldn't do anything that weekend! Again this was a cash deposit...
