On line service is terrible. An associate told me it would take 7 to 10 Business days to clear my account. I did the chat with the online service and was told 5 Business days also told the same with the store. My loan information still hasn't updated with the online service and this has been the 6th day. Never had this problem with The brick and mortar store the people there are wonderful. Its cleared on my end the 1st day. Not happy at all.
Great people to do business with when a quick short term solution is needed .
