We called this company to find out all that we needed to get a small loan,lady told us that all we needed was the routing number to our bank,not a statement just the number and that his online payroll would he fine as his proof of income, which also has his bank info and states that it is an active banking account. After calling and being told what to bring and then getting there and the lady being rude,I suggest no one gives them any kind of business.
The lady working this morning was amazing she did her job very well and explained everything where we could understand it she was very professional. She was personable and very friendly even though she had to work a Sunday.
My wife got a loan through this company...i tried to get one as well. She was told i would need the same thing she did to get my loan. They treated me like dirt....said i needed a bank statement so she printed off our online banking they wouldnt except it because it "didnt look right". I went there twice today got the things they requested but there was something wrong with what o took in each time....even tho it's what they asked for. It was racial I do believe! She had no problem with my white wife but I had all kinds of problems
I have never spoke to more rude uglier people in my life. Its the corporate office not the stores. Cashed my check on a thursday even know we had an agreement to pay it Saturday. Instead of calling me and letting me know they just decided to cash it and I didnt find out till i went in to pay it. Well when i found out they did that I decided not to pay them. Its been about a month now and they have been calling me and all my references making threats how they will get a lawyer and garnish my wages over 300 dollars. If they would just call and talk to people like a normal person it would have got this resolved when it first happened. And when you try to speak to a supervisor about the way they talk to you they just blow you off and belittle you even more. Treating people like trash isn't the way to get paid in any business, even if they have the money. The problem is they dont just talk to me like this they talk to my references, who have absolutely nothing to do with the situation. If you get a loan through these people you better hope nothing comes up, that's all im saying.
I wouldn't even give them one star the people are rude.we set up a small payment plan with them because we were struggling obviously and wasn't able to make the payment at that time.we was sapost to pay 125 for our new payment but had to wait till Friday to do so whitch would have only been 4 days past due they took out all of it and put our bank in the negative about 150$ so now we have no money to make it threw the week and we have three kids we have to find a way to be able to feed now,no gas for my wife to get back and forth to work all week and so on.I could understand taking out the 125$ but no they take it all plus some. We even tryd to get a title loan threw them and only wanted to give us 600$ on a 2007 that is in good shape and runs good.if Ur looking for a loan I recommend world finance they are great people they will call and/or send out a letter not just take everything you have.
