I've never seen a man at this store. The ladies have always been very friendly and advised of any possible late fees and are willing to work with you if you have an emergency and need to be late on a payment. When they call they leave very discreet messages not even leaving the company name just their name and simply request a return call. They must've let the rude gentleman go because of his unethical collection practices.
It was quick and easy to get a loan through Covington credit. The guy that works there, Kyle, called to verify my information and told me that it would be fine for me to pay on the 1st when I get paid and there would be no late fee the first month, but because of the way the days fell it would be late the 2nd month. I told him that was fine, I would make 2 payments on the 1st. Right before the 1st they started calling me leaving very rude messages on my voicemail with no information and not saying who they were. When I went in to pay on the 1st, Kyle himself told me there was a late fee and that he didn't remember our phone call but it was on his computer that he talked to me. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor told me that Kyle denied ever speaking to me. She was very friendly and helpful and resolved the issue. Don't do business with Kyle. He is a liar. And Covington needs to change their phone practices so that people can actually be informed about their accounts. Also, most loan places now have text alerts available. Covington doesn't have this, or if they do they didn't offer it to me.
