Poor customer service... Normally go to the one in Johnson City but had to go here and Lori seemed extremely miserable doing her job. Made a mistake on the transaction, didn’t catch until in my car, go back, it was corrected with not one apology. Not the way I operate my businesses! Definitely will continue to go to JC!
