Only have 2 people working, and one is basically being trained by the other. There is a line of at least 10 people. Meanwhile, there’s an employee just standing there rolling coins. Customer service at an all time low. Hire more people, or put your people to work when it’s busy. Such a waste of 30 min.
Gave a 2 star just because of the skip a payment part but other than than....ya! Got a vehicle loan threw them 6 years ago and what they call a “Convenience Fee” has went from $0 to $5 to $18 to now $15. Why am I paying you more money for your employees to do their jobs and collect money. $15 every time someone calls in a payment. Let’s see if 100 people call in on one day to make a payment at a $15 “Convenience Fee” (more like a inconvenience) that is $1500 a day not including the interest that we are paying on top of the loan. Which could equal up to 7.9% or as low as 3.9%. So we are looking at a good easy $25,000 a day not including your “Convenience Fee” that I know is not in my contract that I signed 6 years ago; “But it’s free if you use the Internet or go into a local branch”. Well while I’m sitting here making money to try to pay the “Convenience Fee”. I don’t get off in time to drive an hour to a local branch and I don’t get good service to be on the Internet long enough where I work so thank you for you inconvenience.
Removing the option to make loan payments with debit/credit cards has to be the most infuriating and counterproductive thing this credit union has done in the time I’ve banked with them. Change it back.
