I have been using this pawn shop exclusively for a decade now and I am always happy with my experience. I'm a single Mom and I have had to put my jewelry in pawn for groceries or bills many times. Libby has always been great. She has asked me before"are you sure you can handle this payment? I don't want you to lose your rings." That is not something a greedy person would say. When I have been in better financial places I have bought all of my knives there at great prices. My two favorite being a small but sturdy hunting knife that fits my small hands and a beautiful machete. I love the great customer service here and will absolutely be a customer for life!
I'm pretty sure they offer 30 dollars for anything. Had a brand new ps4 and 4 games and she said 30 bucks.No thanks!!
Came here twice. The worst customer service EVER! The woman with dyed auburn hair always had attitude. So I tried the 2nd chance with this. She blew it. I will be no longer coming to smoky mountain pawn. I’ll be going to Shylock pawn now and on.
