The ladies at the Oak Ridge location are always so friendly and have me in and out in no time!
The employees there are great, they are so friendly. I go for money orders and they are so efficient, I'm in and out in no time.
Complete TRASH!! I went there on my lunch break to send money. I was told they are doing some shift handover or something like that. I politely asked how long it would take and was told "10 minutes at most 15 minutes but most likely 10 minutes". Being tight on time I decided to wait. At 21 minutes after I ask how much longer they will be and I was told it would be another "5 minutes or so". I mean just because most of their clients are up creek (which I am not) doesn't mean it gives you any right to abuse their situation. Absolutely disgusting. I just left being at the end of my lunch break. What pathetic pieces of TRASH!!
