I have visited the office several times and the ladies there are always very nice and very helpful.
Friendly people but looking at my credit report they did an unauthorized hard pull on my credit. When I asked why they told me they were checking my credit because I was late on a few payments but always paid and is now paid off. I did report it to the credit bureau and waiting on a response. Long story short I will not use them again and would not advise anyone else to either. If a lender wants to check your credit a soft pull can be done and will not effect your credit score. I don't normally leave reviews but thought people would want to know some of their practices.
Everyone there is great and very friendly. Fast and reliable service!!!!!
