Horrible Customer Service, this location deserves NO STARS! Whoever the lady is with the short blonde/brown hair that was working 7/9/18 around 11a.m. IS RUDE. When I walked in she was on the phone would what I would guess was a potential customer. The person must have been asking questions on the process and she was very snippy with them. That was RED FLAG number one. Number two when I came to the counter there she was not pleasant like I was bothering her, so explained to her what I was there for and showed her my documents, she looked at one document and said "THIS ISN'T WHAT I TOLD YOU TO GET FROM THE BACK" the tone of her voice and the roll in her neck almost made me react in an unpleasant manner. I then explained to her that my Credit union does write letters with that information, which is why I had three different documents stamped and signed from the bank with the needed information. After ten seconds I decided that I was not about to go through the hassle with this unprofessional individual. If you do not know how to speak to people and cannot keep a smile on your face YOU MA'AM need to work somewhere away from the public. Very unprofessional I would not refer my WORST enemy to this business. It was truly a blessing not to have done business with Check N Go at 2290 Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville, TN!!!!!! NO STARS

Honestly she deserves no stars 7/10/18 the lady with short brown hair must’ve been tired. First she was very rude to 3 cux on the phone and when I went to her with my very creditable Poe and checks she got very loud and said they verify thru third party that’s up to you to verify - when I asked her he steps bc I’ve never gotten a loan before she got very indignant and said whoever else is next. I’ve been in customer service for over 15 years I’d never hire her even on my worst day. Not good for business
RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP EVER! I called ahead and she told me all I needed was my bank statement, proof of id, and a check book. When I came in (and it was a DRIVE from where I was) she needed a million other things and when I asked why she didn't tell me that on the phone she got smart and said I must have spoken with someone else. UM NO she was the only one working. Horrible experience, management really needs to get a better staff!
