If I could rate no star I would. I called inquiring about a loan and the person I spoke to I believe her name was Shannon was very rude and unprofessional. It’s safe to say that I won’t be going to get a loan here or anyone I know.

Really dissatisfied recently. They’ve moved their location across the street and for about a month now, I got to the location on a time sensitive break and they never have the systems up. Very frustrating and not likely to return to the location. I let the systems being down go the first time but I came back 3 weeks later and they were being reset? Please re-assess day to day operation or properly notify customers/clients.
