i had a income tax check to cash and put money on my Ace Debit Card. i was told the check had to go thru 2 verification's also i had to have a reference as a matter of fact 2. i have been a customer with Ace for a long while. also i waited for 45 minutes and longer before the services were rendered after i was going to leave and go to WalMart where there the fee to cash the check was cheaper and i wouldn't have to wait an hour. that is not acceptable under any circumstances for anyone. you all are going to have to do bette.
