HORRIBLE! NEVER GO HERE!!!!! My husband gets disibility on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. They have been told this repeatedly! They call him daily! Then they call me. I talked to the smart aleck lady and told her I would come in and pay it tomorrow when my disibility come in ( 2 nd Wednesday ) She called me this morning looking for him! Why can't they just fix his payment for the 21st? All I can figure is she likes to stomp you down. BEWARE!!!!! WORLD FINANCE is the better way to go.

I was very disappointed with this bank staff/manager. She called me saying that they had not received my payment. When I assured her that I did and read her the check number, she informed me that I had a late payment. I denied and informed her that I had never missed a payment nor had ever made a late payment. I checked my bank statement online and gave her the bank's info. confirming my payment and on time. She was very rude and assured me that her staff are efficient and do not make mistakes. A couple of days later she called to tell me that one of her staff had put my payment in someone else's account. Mind you her staff is efficient and do not make mistakes.I would definitely not recommend this bank.

Very unprofessional staff, poor service, and uncomfortable atmosphere. I am a full-time student, home maker, and military wife. I got a loan when offered one through the mail to help during a family crisis. Since I was going to school full time and I've always had a packed schedule, my mother would personally go in to make my payments for me. After a while, the head associate (Maria, I think) made it evident that the fact that my mother would go in for me annoyed her, and the entire team became condescending and increasingly rude to both me and my mother. When I would call to address my account, they were always short, insulting, and would even blatantly question my personal life and literally even ask me why I don't come in personally. I find it highly inappropriate for the employees at any establishment to question a client's personal life and criticize people. Each time I would receive a call from them, I'd get bombarded with questions like, "Why does your mommy pay your payments?'' and "When will I ever get to see YOU and not your mom?" Very insulting and inappropriate, to me. And, at this time all of my payments were made abruptly and I'd done nothing wrong to these people but be a client. I feel like they were just nosey, and they made it clear that they disliked me just because I didn't personally deliver my payments. Also, After being late one payment due to an unexpected emergency, I was treated like a delinquent and the service not only became significantly worse, but I was treated like a bad person every time I spoke to an associate. The bias against me was increasingly becoming more clear, and they started to flag all of my payments as late, when they were not. I believe they would enter my payments late, and I was not informed until they marked me as delinquent. For me, this is the one worst establishment I've ever encountered. Not only is the staff incredibly nosey, insulting and impolite, they are also incredibly rude and arrogant. The atmosphere of the business is like walking into a locker room in high school, full of estrogen fueled snobs who just want to judge and gossip amongst eachother. Long after I paid them off, I called the head associate to request that the company stop sending me offers in the mail, and she immediately remembered me and even then, months after I closed my loan, she insulted me on the phone and said, ''You couldn't get a loan if you wanted to because you're a delinquent, and besides - I never even saw you personally.'' She absolutely caught me off guard because I was not even calling to request another loan, I was calling to get off of her mailing list. And, I am appalled that if I were, an employee would even be able to talk to me that way. Not to mention, I can send whoever I please to go in and deliver a payment for me, I did not know that was a crime. I am absolutely astonished by the attitude of the staff at Convington Credit. If you do not want to be vilified and constantly judged and criticized, do not use their service. At least not until there is entirely new staff.
