I highly recommend. Very friendly, professional and straight to the point. They have helped me tremendously a couple times now. And I 100% trust them. Reading some of the reviews about them being rude and unprofessional is a LIE!! They are the exact opposite! GREAT PEOPLE!! I think the people that say they have had any problems with them , are probably the people that take loans and DON'T pay the loan back when they agree to. If your needing a "LOAN" the kind you "PAY BACK" then this is the place to go!!!
Customer service is terrible. The short lady with the glasses is rude and obnoxious. Hire better staff that wants to work instead of "Whatchu need" being said when a customer comes in
I have delt with Eddie for close to ten years and you couldn't ask for a more professional or caring and understanding man. Most people just don't realize that these loan places are a business and the object is for them to make money. They also help you when you need a loan. So you help each other out. I became disabled about five years ago and when I come by the girls run out to the car and take care of me. I am a one hundred percent disabled Vietnam veteran and sometimes a little bit of kindness goes a long way. It is so difficult for me to get the wheelchair in and out of the car and put it together and then make my way into the office, so what they do for me goes above and beyond the call of duty. I have just recently moved back from Denver, Colorado and now I live in Nashville, but if I ever need Broadway Loans, then you better believe that I will get in the car and drive to Murfreesboro. I would not go anywhere else. It is worth the drive to Murfreesboro, TN. I don't give five stars very often but if you deserve it then I will tell you about it. They are one of the few businesses that I don't have any thing bad to say about. They deserve my praise. Thank you Eddie and your staff. Keep up the great work. My experience with Eddie and his staff has always been professional. I was in a bad situation and they helped me out in the best way possible. I asked Eddie about the review below and he told me what had happened. Its a shame that when we don't get our way how we try to ruin someone and their business.
