The employees are always very helpful and extremely friendly and welcoming. They are very helpful and are willing to assist you my mom bank with leb location an no assistant was given I took her to Mt. Juliet an the problem was solved thanks a Millie Mt. Juliet location.
This branch is wonderful! My family and I joined when we moved to MJ years ago and we’ve had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. I've been a member for almost 2 years and love the small town feel of this bank. I have an account and a loan with them. Everytime I'm in the tellers, especially Jessica, are very nice and treat me with respect. I have 2 kids and I'm by myself usually. They are patient and helpful. I will say that Jessica goes above and beyond to ensure that my banking needs are met, she is polite and very nice!
