I’m ol school if you lie to me, then you’ll steal from me”.. the so called “regional or district” manager has multiple times mislead and been untruthful.. when upper management has this type of behavior, then it goes down the chain.. there are other finance companies in this area with far better professionalism ..
Ive had several loans with this company. They know good in well i will pay them. When i fell on hard times is when the problem started. The calls the messages. I understand its their job to get back the loan money and fees from all customers. But they know me well enough to know that i will pay and truely just fell on a hard time. They even have done my taxes a few times. But continue to call and leave messages trying to stress me out . I have started a new job thank god and have told when my pay day was and im still being called. Its aggervating with this company. After i completely pay you guys off for the 3rd time if im right. Never will i get another loan or allow you guys to do my taxes.
