Very rude the girl did not crack one smile while I was there she looked over my bank statement 100 times just to approve me for the least amount u can get. The whole time I was there which was about 45 mins she did not mention that I would get a check for the amount I was approved for. As she finished she is like “here is a check u can cash it at Bancorp South which is closed now but u can try tomorrow”. Mind u I really needed this money the same day. In all 17 years of working customer service I have never seen this kind of rudeness in a workplace face to face with a customer. I will never go back to this place ever again
Never had any problems from them.
For the most part my experience was OK. On a day a was supposed to make a payment, the manager said she tried calling me twice. Not true at all, and no voicemail to prove otherwise. She then proceeded to run my full balance on my debit card causing me more financial hardship for the moment. An unauthorized charge when you're not expecting it is not worth the trouble you'll possibly find with this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!
