Easy Money in Memphis, Tennessee

I would advise people to stay away from this place. The women I encountered are ignorant and rude as hell. Also they put you through the loop just to get a loan, and not get one. I don't see how they are still in business!!! Not worth a minute of your time people!!!

I called to ask questions about a check I had a lady answered the phone and told me I had to have had it a certain amount of hours and i was like well isn't that about a couple of days and the lady was like I know u ain't asking me how many days that is and she called me slow and began to laugh so loud ! The lady was very rude to me she was yelling at me and laughing so loud that I had to pull the phone away from my ear I also heard another lady laughing in the background all because I asked her a question about a check that I had then she hung up. So I called back and told her that was very rude what she did all she had to do was answer my questions she screamed and laughed again really really loud I mean to the top of her lungs I was wondering was she behaving this way in front of customers that's how crazy she was acting so when she stopped yelling she started to argue with me and me I asked to speak to the manager and she said sure and hung up in my face!! If the person that's over this location sees this post I want them to know the type of ppl they have working for their company she also claimed to be the manager which I knew she was lying y'all have lost me as a customer please look into this so no one else will not have to go through what I went through I will calling corporate !!!

Always quick to help me and friendly. I use their service to deposit in my non-local bank. Do recommend.
