The customer service were very pleasant and the staff very friendly
When I arrived there were 4 people in line and then another 2 lined up behind me. The one customer assistance representative at the window was efficient and friendly, however there was a second woman who appeared to be a manager who refused to work a second window even though the line was very long. I come to Ace to cash my paycheck because my usual store is very good. It is pathetic that there is a second employee here and only one window open on a Friday afternoon.
Workers was moving very slowly and and act like they didn't care...
