I had a great experience with Ms. Jackie. The customer service etiquette she expressed was awesome. She was patient, and helped us on the computer, “ we are not that literate” lol, however she helped us step by step. If you need a temporary loan for the holiday or to get through the next week. Use this company as a last resort. I used them because I absolutely needed the money at the time. I made it clear that I would not like to be contacted at work. You know what they did.... contacted me at work. Not once or twice. They literally harassed me AFTER I told them I could not pay the loan back in full at the time but it would be very soon and even offered to pay in increments. They got me written up at work for receiving so many "personal calls" which caused me to not be eligible for promotion. On top of that, everyone at work found out I had a payday loan I could not pay back. I said f it and went ahead and paid them just so they could stop calling me at work!!
