It is very easy to get a loan with them, but at the same time, even if you are 24 hours late on your payment, they are EXTREMELY rude. My payment was due on a Saturday, and they called me on Monday morning threatening me with collection and talking down to me. I cannot wait until my loan is paid off so I won't have to deal with it.
Face to face I think everyone's amazing there. Super reasonable and friendly, I just wish it was just as easy talking to them on the telephone.
