This place sucks! The customer service is pathetic! Make sure you have all your receipts because they will screw your over and over charge you! I'm almost positive that they pocket the extra money! As well as they bad mouth you behind your back! I was treated horribly as well as my car was broken into and my radio was stolen! My radio was yanked out on top of the dash was completely busted up! And they claim "it isn't our fault" "we don't have cameras" they were not one bit sorry! The manager there is a liar! She is also a thief. She completely screwed us over! I DO NOT recommend this place at all! I do not even give them one star! I have them one so I can leave a comment! I am in the process of talking to corporate along with my lawyer! They will be hearing from them best believe that. They are very unorganized and they think they are better than everyone else! Watch your back!!!
Horrible interest rate and horrible customer service! Keep no records of talking to you or taking your money. So make sure you keep receipts if you use this place ! Will never let you get your loan paid in full always adding extra fees and money onto it and after six months of paying on my loan that was originally $900 when I went to pay in full told me it would be $1550. Will do anything to take your vehicle . By this time I had already paid back the &900 cause my payments were $240 a month and still wanted to charge me this and I ended up letting them have my vehicle rather than paying them thousands of dollars trying to keep it, which was worth way more than the loan because they would not resolve this problem and could not and would not give me an explanation for the more I paid the higher my loan got . Do not recommend anyone to use this business. And God Bless you if you do.
Constantly call and leave messages asking for me to call them back just so they can tell me to have someone else call them. It's not my job to be a messenger and harassing me isn't going to get someone else to pay you back any faster.
