The best experience! I’ve been a long time customer off and on. The staff has been friendly and so helpful. I’ve never had an issue. They are a place that I know I can go for a little extra help.
I will say they helped us when we needed it with a loan. That was a big help , but when we went in there to pay it off they asked us to NOT pay it off cause it will hurt them so they said to u can come back Monday and it will help us. So we said ok. Well we couldn't get there til Thursday and since we waited and it was in a new month they charged us an additional $60!!!!! So we helped them by not paying our accounts off and they charge us BAD business one hand is supposed to wash the other....... They NEVER told us it will go up!!!!! Sad business go to Advance Financial!!!
