Poor customer service. I delt with the branch in corbin ky for about 6 years enjoyed the service there. This one they just dont care. Waited a week for a phone call back by the time they called I decline the loan
I would not recommend Heights Finance in Lafollette Tn. AT ALL!!! They gave me a call and told me I was approved to come in to pick up the loan, then a few days later they try to tell me that my debt to income was too high and could not explain to me how that came about after I was already approved. They told me they will send me a letter stating why they can not approve me at this point. All I wanted was respect and for the manager to explain to me what had changed.... NOT TO BE HUNG UP ON WHEN IM ASKING QUESTIONS!!!!! Absolutely poor customer service!!!! I felt that I was treated fair until this SITUATION came up. No matter the customer, you should still treat them with respect. I never once disrespected anyone in this office for the Manager to hang up on me because she didnt want to deal with me..... Im just honestly shock. IM sure this wont mean a damn thing considering they have 3 google reviews other than this one!
