This branch and the employees there are awesome! I can’t say enough of how personable and welcoming they were when I called and came into the office! They helped when I was really doubting that they could and they made the whole experience so easy and not at all stressful! The assistant manager closed my loan and was amazing , explaining everything and making sure that I was comfortable with it all and then before I left the mgr, Wendy came in and introduced herself and let me know how they appreciated me! I will definitely refer them to everyone I know and go to them first for any financial needs!!

0 Stars!!! I have been trying to speak to the manager of this Knoxville location for a week. Each time I call, I am asked to leave a message and told the manager, Wendy, will call me back. I have yet to hear back from her despite continuous calls each day. Today I called once more. The reason for my call is to clear up something that has been misreported on my credit report. This is the fault of the corporation. Yet today, when I called and asked for Wendy, I was asked who was calling and placed on hold. The person who came was the same who put me on hold, the assistant manger Shay. I still was not allowed to speak to the manager that I have been asking for for a week. I was told Wendy had still not heard back from corporate and she could not talk to me. I explained that I was told I would hear back from Wendy but had not and was told that Wendy did not contact me back because she had not heard back from corporate. When I explained that was poor customer service, that if I am told I would get a call back then I should have gotten a call back with an update. Shay became extremely rude, argumentative, raised her voice, and said I was not a customer and this situation was my fault. I asked if I could have the corporate customer service number and her response was that I can google it, I asked again and she said the local offices were not given the corporate customer number to give out to non-customers. These two individuals have no idea about good customer service, business growth, or how to behave professionally despite my respectful, even tone and reasonable questions.

The staff there were Reliable and seem very welcoming. They were receptive to my questions and were knowledgeable.
