Previously I gave them five stars. However things have changed so poorly I had to come back and edit my review to one star. Do not go here. The staff changes have made it just terrible. Will not continue doing business here. -Old review- The customer service at this store is incredible! I went in just to check out rates for a title loan and ended up leaving with one. Margie and Shawn are so patient and knowledgeable. You feel like they genuinely want to help you.
Used to be a great place but not with the new management.
I never had a bad service there.
I wish I knew the name of the extremely patient woman who helped us. It was Memorial day weekend, on a Sunday and they were trying to close. She stayed late just to help us and we're more greatful that she knows. ♥️
