Great staff, amazing customer service
This company had a unaccompanied MINOR child placing advertisements on doors in my neighborhood. I am trying to get a straight answer from the business but I have been completely ignored. I am thinking child services needs to investigate as child labor is illegal.
Credit Plus or Credit Central, whatever they go by harasses the hell out of people who are NOT their clients and don't even KNOW the person they are looking for! Today is Saturday and the 2nd time they have left a "Confidential' envelope in my door for someone named Daniel. Well, Daniel doesn't live here, I don't know who he is and according to the address on the letter that I had to open to find out who was trying to reach who. The man lives clear across town!!! Now at this point, I consider this harassment. So since Adam Rogers, the Branch Manager seems to be the one sticking these things in my door instead of knocking to see if he has the correct address for this person, and leaving letters saying they are going to take his personal property. This is what I am going to do for Credit Plus/Central, whatever, I'm going to make a copy of everything you have stuck in my door and send it to the Better Business Bureau, the City and County Courts Division, news teams and anybody else I can think of to let them know about your unscrupulous business practices! Maybe then you will stop harrassing me because I don't know who this person is. Also if you aren't going to pick up your personal phone then why leave your #? No, I'm not going to unblock my # so you can call me, I don't borrow anything from you now and have no intentions on doing so in the future.
