Terrible. I called in advance to ask what was required to apply for a payday loan. I was told to bring several documents but was never informed that you had to live within 5 miles of their office. So I drove in the pouring rain 15 minutes to get to the office to find out that you supposedly have to live within 5 miles of their office. The woman said it was actual law. I believe she was making it up. Either way she could’ve told me that before I drove all way out there. I will never go there again.
They are nice, but when we let them know they were included in our bankruptcy (we didn’t have a choice) they took the money out anyways. I would give less stars if I could. They put us in a huge financial bind. Don’t use them.
