Extremely friendly staff. Amazing customer service. Got behind on my payment and instead of threatening calls and letters, I got suggestions on how to help get straightened out. Would recommend this company to anyone.
Great, if you are in a jam but not at all beneficial for the borrower. They do not except checks, which means can’t mail in nor drop off. You have to either : #1 risk carrying cash or #2 pay more money to exchange it to a money order. Oh, they do allow debit cards but that comes with yet another cost, that being their processing fee of $2.95 , even when you used a debit card that they bank with!
The friendliest staff around! It's nice to walk into a business and everyone smiles at you and knows your name. With being disabled, they will at times come out to my car to keep me from having to struggle to walk in. That's a very rare commodity and personal customer service in this day and time. Service Loan, as a company, should be proud of their Kingsport Staff!
