Horrible to do business with. Interest rate is ridiculous..additional fees added that make no sense.
Brett and the whole staff at One Main were very professional and efficient . Couldn't ask for a better experience.
I will NOT be going back there ever again. They turned us down but guess what when we pay off our loans will be going back to them an showing them they lost a customer because they was afraid they wouldn't get their money when matter of fact would. They failed for our customer.
I was not given a needed loan, although I made two requests... Even after volunteering collateral. After I get my current loan paid off, I won't use One Main ever again.... NEVER!!!!
