My husband and I have a Flex Loan through Easy Money. We always pay on time. My husband had a payment due on Oct. 31 for $98. We paid it on Oct. 27 in store. However, he received a phone call today saying he had a past due amount of $88 that was due on Nov. 4. When my husband called yesterday to get his login information to pay online, no one said anything about a past due amount. He logged in and noticed the past due amount. He called back, and the representative told him not to worry about, and that his normal payment of $98 was due on Nov. 15. There is no record of him calling yesterday, how convenient. The representatives need to stay on the same page. This is ridiculous.
AVOID! somehow they charged my elderly fathers bank account. he never gave them his card or account number.if you have to borrow money go anywhere but here. you'll lose more in the long run.
Theyll take payments out of any account theyve previously had access to without your knowledge or consent and possibly put you in overdraft. Theyll call and annoy you til you get the chance to go pay them but will not respond back when you make multiple requests for them to. Beware.
I've never had a problem cashing a check. Yes there are policies they have to follow just like any other business. They are always kind to me.
Worst customer service ever from the manager himself! Rude over phone rude in person and obviously doesn't think customers are important. Will be calling corporate to complain about him directly.
