First and foremost Brett was the fellow who helped me. I have to admit he was outstanding and customer service and very honest with me about the conditions and terms of the situation. It took about 30 minutes to get approved and I did everything over the phone with ease. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't know where else she could go at 3 a.m. to borrow money but I would recommend these guys over any other institution in the Tri-Cities. Now don't get me wrong it's just like everything else if you drag it out it's going to cost you a fortune but if you pay it back in a timely manner the interest really isn't that bad considering the convenience of the loan. I would also like to mention the fact that I was treated with kindness and no way do I feel judged. Oftentimes when you folks into your financial world they are quick to form an opinion and that is not the case with Brett at this Colonial Heights store. I would most definitely use them again and it's really nice to know that I have that cushion at any given time thanks for all your help. My family and myself appreciate all you guys!

I met the manager Gary and he was also professional and informative. Olivia explained everything very clearly and walked me through every step of the process. She and Gary worked together and in just a few minutes I was approved for far more money than I expected.
