Very hateful, very rude won’t be back there. I will go where I am treated like my business is wanted. The guy that answered the phone rushed through half answering my questions and said “ I gotta go” well that’s fine I will not be back and will not recommend this business to anyone.
So apparently it's my fault that your rep got my phone number wrong when trying to reach me about a payment. She then decided she would call one of my references and told said reference EVERYTHING about my loan. That is ILLEGAL! Paying off my loan and NEVER doing business with them again! You're lucky I don't get my attorney involved.
They say they like repeat customers but place no value on me returning. They seem to place very little value on your items. I would recommend getting a loan elsewhere.
Do not do business with them. They sold me a Stolen broken Ipad.
Horrible experience.. Had jewellery stolen by their employee that had in pawn. Owner was ass about the whole situation. SMH not a good place to do business with.. GO ELSEWHERE. ....
