I have been with this branch since 2012 and I have had no problems at all... jobesborough branch is the best one to go to. They have great and wonderful staff that's always been there when I have had a problem.... Wouldn't have asked for a better bank.
Had my first experience today was great heard various thing about them but we will see
God forbid any of the members here have a problem bad enough, where they get behind like I did. Not this branch entirely ,but ECU as a whole will take payments but not log them down, skim off the top of any saved earnings you may have (IRA in my case) ,and then resort to what I can only describe as member embezzlement. I was a member for over 15 yrs. Disappointed in you ECU!!!
Always crazy busy and is a very small location. Nevertheless I always receive great service when I visit.
