The new girl lisa who sits up front is amazing always very sweet and willing to help great customer service
Let me start off by saying that I never write reviews on businesses but this place left me no choice. The customer service here is absolutely horrible and I would give this place a ZERO if I could. They’re staffed with all white employees who clearly only tolerate people of color because they have to. I dealt with being called “girl” instead of my name, to Brittany W, an employee, literally THROWING my envelope of paperwork and my check on the table at me versus handing it to me like a civilized person should. Here’s a word of advice for Brittany W, if you’re going to mistreat people at least take the time to learn basic math and spelling skills so you won’t look even more foolish in the process!!
I would not recommend them to anyone very pour respect for anyone. The only time they r happy is when they get there money and they will not work with u for nothing
My experience with World Finance is that Company is a aRip Off I paid on my loan until it was almost paid off and they offered me a two hundred dollars more loan well i accepted it and didn't read fine print my original loan went back to original price that paid all year on they are a rip off company crooks
Very rude and unprofessional. I called for days and no one would return my calls. People always seem to be on a break of some type (for well over an hour). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER.
