If you've never done the title loan thing before, go to see JESSICA at the West Market location! Wow! 5 stars! She's super friendly & knows what customer service really means. IF any of the upper management checks these reviews, my advice to you is give this woman a raise! Outstanding.
They were very kind, helpful, and informative. I first called and asked a ton of questions. I have never done this before and the lady was really sweet and patient with me answering all my questions. Later that day I decided to go ahead with the loan and she remembered speaking with me. I arrived about thirty minutes before they closed and they were not trying to rush me out the door like most places. I had a few more questions she kindly answered then I went forward with the lone. I would definitely come back if I needed to.
