Just the worst staff ever. Very impolite and unprofessional. Don't know how to conduct business at all.! Also very shady company. Avoid at all cost. You could get better buisnesss from a loan shark.! Lol..!!
Absolutely horrible. My husband and I figured no big deal.. we'll get a loan and pay it off.. well not even a week of being late. We have this guy name, Scott call us and harass us over the phone, extremely rude and threatening voicemails, letters on our house door. But won't even knock to discuss the matter. He's a joke. We paid our loan off and iust so happens..hard times and we got a letter for a loan.. Well what do I know, it was the same place.. we had no idea that it was, Service Loan in JC. We didn't recall the name. Now we're getting harrassed and threatened all over again. I know my rights and this man has been reported for breaking my rights as a citizen. He has continuously violated myself and my husband. Never again will I deal with him. He can sue us. He has been reported. Please go else where. We've had many loans and have never been treated like this when being late. Ever. There is many loan companies to deal with that are extremely nice and understanding or being late. This man needs to loose his job for allowing this type of behavior is absolutely insane. I guarantee all these bad reviews are because of this guy, Scott. Go else where. It's not worth it. Seriously.
Very rude employees to deal with. They are very uneducated and try and try and lie for payments.
One of my employees has a loan with this company. The staff calls my business to the point of harrassment. I've dealt with 2 people from this office, a man and a woman. Both have been very rude to me and my management, usuallyfrom the very beginning of the call. The man curses at us every time he calls. I've asked nicely for them to stop calling and remove the number and that's when the obscene language starts. My employee says he has asked them to stop calling his job as well. They have his home number but call his work instead! I have personally witnessed him telling them he would be in the following day to make a payment and they called back 30 minutes later with a pissy attitude asking to verify his employment. This place needs shut down!
I have used them before and they are awesome. They would call monthly to see if I need more and I always paid my payment on time. I would recommend them to anyone.
