I went in today going off the reviews on Google was not too happy with the service was wanting to do business locally but was basically told to go else where since we have not done business with them before they could not do anything. I guess it's who you Know when dealing with these guys and a lot of other issues I will not mention on here why they were not comfortable taking my items for a pawn loan did not want to sell I wanted to pawn and come back to get my items I am 36 years old full time job 3 Children of my own I don't know what kind of people they deal with on a daily that they base who they want to do business with but business is business you should never turn down business. I will take my business elsewhere not just for a pawn loan for purchases as well I am happy every one else outcome was great!!!
I've been dealing with Jeff & Rusty here for well over a decade ... they are honest and fair ... that's what you want in a Pawn Shop! Get some good tools and music stuff in every now and then too :-)
This place is unbelievable!!!!! So friendly and knowledgeable. Patient and explained every firearm in detail. I had recently went to "Gallatin Pawn and Gun" just to familiarize myself with firearms. I felt judged at every thing I was not aware of. This place was the opposite. So friendly. It felt "family owned" . I will only buy firearms from here thanks!!!!
