I have never had a bad experience here. I have always found these people very kind and helpful. I stay with this bank because of the customer service. It's a little further to drive for me but it is worth it.
We have financed three autos and a HELOCK with these folks. We have been very happy with them since we started working with them.
Staff is awful. I went in one time to deposit a check and even though there were no other customers, I waited a good two minutes for the tellers to finish their non work related conversation before assisting me. Every time I've gone the staff has been rude or down right mean. Would never go back.
