Cash now fees are extremely high while the loan is interest free is okay the bank fees that are supposed to be preparer paid are high . Fees are just to much 500-700 for a supposedly 350 preparation fee they use to be a lot cheaper and had better customer service .The government shutdown does affect refunds because they are only operating at 16 percent workforce so about 350,000 employees across the United States compared to 900,000 plus employees so there is gonna be a delay . Also tax returns for earned income credit don’t get processed till the middle of February that’s the law . Just a heads up

So I called yesterday on 1/8/19 and asked for Terri the lady who answered the phone told me Terri will not be talking on the phone to nobody for 2 days also let me add that it's not the IRS it's them my best friend of 20 years work for the IRS Branch in Memphis we did lunch together yesterday and she told me the Shutdown 2019 does NOT affect our refunds and that's the only thing the government is allowing is refunds! CASH NOW IS FULL OF SH*T! And Santa Barbara Bank said when I called them that they are not having issues on their end! Cash Now do this every year they promise u dates to get you to file then when they can't deliver they ignore and reject your calls and avoid you! But Fox 13 is going out there with me so I'm going to see if Terri will talk to them! It's NOT THE GOVERNMENT NOR THE IRS NOR SANTA BARBARA BANK ITS CASH NOW I've checked it all out!
These people are pathtic. I been calling the news for 2 weeks and they gone finally interview about cash now taxes on getwell. I called them 2 weeks ago and someone told me the lady said she wasn't answering calls or questions about income tax advance. Well well well lets see if you speak to the news and the BBB. I told y'all don't even worry about me calling back i took matters into my own hands.
This place need to be shut down. They refusing to do my admended return because they don't have my W2s which was giving to them when I filled my taxes. I'm confused had me to pay 50$ and when they pulled my file they said I need to bring my W2s which they already have and they want refund my money for the admended return. Is this even legal I'm really in tears because they took my money I paid to file my admended return. Y'all please please please stay away from this place I than called me a lawyer he said from the reviews it look like we can get a class action lawsuit going for the company with holding client's information.
