I can only express my gratitude to Y-12 for being able to serve me from my credit union from Michigan. The service has been excellent every visit and the staff are beyond hepful. Their interior is always clean. They do not have a public restroom, but if they will be happy to accommodate you if you ask politely. I cannot judge their rates because I haven't needed a loan yet.
I have visited this location frequently. Everybody I have worked with has been very courteous, helpful, and pleasant. Same with the other locations I've coducted transactions at. Such as East LaFollette, Oak Ridge (The main location), and Clinton Highway by Callahan. I'm of the opinion that if you treat people professionally, and with respect, your actions will dictate the results you receive. Thank you Y12 FCU for all that you and your staff provide.
